On the banks of Mount Emu Creek, Skipton, lies Stewart Park. Created in the 1980’s from the Police Paddocks, today it features remnant red gums, picnic facilities, native gardens, windmill, historical buildings, a pedestrian suspension bridge, and a billabong.
It is an environmental park along the banks of the Mount Emu Creek with access to a viewing platform for the healthy population of platypus in the creek.
